Rinnah Fuel is designed for farms and agricultural operations that issue diesel to tractors, vehicles, generators, irrigation pumps and other equipment. It replaces the paper fuel book with one shared record that your team can update from a phone.
Each entry keeps the equipment, operator, litres issued, meter reading and pump total together. Administrators can review fuel history, compare consumption and export monthly or yearly records to Excel.

Tank tracking without sensors
Rinnah Fuel does not physically measure the fuel inside your tank. It calculates the expected balance from the information your team records.
Calculated level = opening level + deliveries − fuel issued
This avoids installing tank sensors or pump controllers, but accuracy depends on complete records. An unlogged issue, delivery or incorrect opening level will affect the result. Regular physical tank measurements are recommended so you can compare calculated and actual stock.
Works when the field has no signal
Fuel issues can be recorded offline and kept on the device until connectivity returns. Once the phone reconnects, entries can sync with the shared account.
